根據WARP Records發佈的消息指出，Mark Bell於數日前因為手術後併發症去世，享年43歲。
Mark Bell與Gez Varley在1988年成立樂團「LFO」，並在1990年以單曲「LFO」攻入英國排行榜Top 20。他們的作品極具未來與前瞻性，深刻的影響了Techno與House音樂的發展。

在1997年以後，Mark Bell與知名冰島藝人Bjork合作，打造出許多知名作品如「Hunter」、「Joga」、「Declare Independence 」與「Dark Matter」。Mark Bell同時也是Bjork世界巡演的固定配合成員。
